Depressed and pregnantI am so excited to be pregnant. My husband and I had been trying for a while. With a little assistance, we are pregnant. However, i am so depressed. Anyone I try to discuss this with, thinks I am crazy because I have been wanting this for so long and gone through some rough tests. I am excited, scared and everything but i am depressed. I cannot understand it. Has anyone gone through this? I feel like this is a gift from GOD, i do not want him to think i am not eternally grateful. I really am. Rebecca 1st trimester experienceHello, I am exactly 10 weeks and 2days. Even though I experienced morning sickness since the 5th week of pregnancy-- today the sickness has seemed to be slacking off a little. I noticed that when ever I stay around the house, I would feel more sick. When I get out the house to go to work, church or to other functions, I feel much better. It is a struggle to get up every day and put on my clothes with out feeling sick. Once I do it and push my way out the door I feel better. Even though it's hard not to mention how I feel, I don't want to complain because I thank God for this great opportunity-- Tonette Our First BabyOn January 3rd, 2008 my husband asked me to go take a pregnancy test cause he thought I was pregnant..I have wanted a baby since I was a little girl, but I miscarried in the very beginning of December 2007.Well I took the pregnancy test and I thought it was negative so I showed my husband and he was like "Uhhh there is another line..!"I was shocked,so shocked I didn't believe him. And he showed me the test and there was actually a very faint "+" sign. My heart dropped, I was so excited! Well, we are both hoping for this pregnancy to go smoothly and myself and the baby stay healthy so I carry to full-term.We aren't sure how far along I am..but at the very, very most 3 weeks. I am constantly burping, not too hungry (but I have gotten a couple of silly cravings) and I'm ALWAYS tired!!!....and grouchy.lol. I'm going to the doctor in a couple days to make sure everything is going okay. I'll keep everyone updated! Good luck to all! Chelsea Corrado 7 weeks with excess salviaHELP, I am 7 weeks pregnant and i have EXTREME Excess Saliva!!!! It is a NON STOP flow of saliva! It is exhausting constantly spitting!!!I drink gingerale and suck on mints but it only helps for a few minutes. I carry tissue everywhere I go, and I am unable to wear lipstick because of the constant spitting. Does anyone have any advice as to how I can deal with the excess saliva???? kbkbny Morning Day and Night SicknessStarting last week (I am about 8 weeks now) I starting feeling sick to my stomach, it all started with waking up in the middle of the night and vomiting. I thought I had the flu even though I knew I was pregnant. Well it still hasn't gone away. Is it normal to feel achy and flu like during morning sickness? My sickness never goes away except when I am sleeping. I have tried every remedy and nothing works. Any suggestions? I thought that I was going to be lucky because it didn't hit me right away, guess I was wrong. I hope it goes away because I can't keep missing time from work. I am a special education teacher and feeling nauseous all day long doesn't make for a good day for me or my students.
