Scared

I've now entered into my 14 week and i honeslty am lookng so forward tot his new bundle of joy. I already have a 9 year old daughter, and i was surprised when i found out i was pregnant, my partner is over the moon. Only yesterday Sunday i felf a very strong cramp on the top of my left thigh and today i saw a a tiny browinsh/reddish clot. I'm still feeling little twitches, i just hope that my little is still there and this isn't a sign of a miscariage.

TO JULIE

Don't worry! I knew around ten girls who were even pregnant our senior year or they had just had their baby's the previous year. Out of all them only two dropped out, but they went back to school this year to finish. I graduated class of 2006. I took a pregnancy test a week and a half before graduation. I was five weeks along at that time.

Baby Bliss

I'm 23 weeks pregnant now and I'm finding out that it is true what they say: the 2nd trimester is waaay better than the first. I feel NORMAL! I feel like i can do so much! I have had 3 ultrasounds already and 2 of them they were able to tell me that it's gonna be a girl (most likely). I am so excited that me and my little baby made it this far already.

I've been window shopping here and there and bought a few things such as receiving blankets, burping cloths, diaper tshirts, socks.... basically I bought some things that I might not get at the baby shower. The only thing is, I've been too afraid to buy anything in pink because there is still a possibility of it being a boy. Right?

Anyways... I just wanted to share my joy and excitement that my baby and I are doing so well. I haven't even met her and we make such a great team already.

ps.
My baby now responds to sounds especially when playing music near my tummy. We were able to see her trying to pop a body part out of my tummy. That was so amazing!!!
